About Me
I'm Pamela Randall, Founder and CEO of Living Waters Consulting. I bring over 20 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and career development to every engagement.
I know firsthand what it means to grow and lead in environments that weren't always designed with your voice, your values, or your long-term development in mind. The lived moments that shaped me as a woman, a mother, and a leader are the same moments that shape how I show up, not just as a coach, but as a strategic partner who understands both people and systems.
My coaching is grounded in real experience. I blend strengths-based development, workforce strategy, and thoughtfully integrated AI-supported tools, because clarity and capacity deserve to work together.
Through my coaching, I've created the space I needed early in my career, a place where you can grow with clarity, show up with confidence, and move forward with consistency. I don't just coach people through transitions. I partner with them, with intention, not pressure.
